Weekly Online  Sessions

Engage in powerful weekly sessions from the comfort of your home, where each 60-minute meeting via Zoom focuses on building psychological clarity and resilience. These sessions are designed to empower you to challenge unhelpful thoughts, shift behaviours and create sustained change. Dedicate One-on-One Session

To ensure that your individual needs are met, you will receive a private 60-minute session tailored specifically to your personal challenges and goals. This session provides an opportunity to explore deeper issues that may not be fully addressed in the group setting, offering personalised guidance and therapeutic strategies to enhance your personal development.

Customised Resources and Activities

As part of the programme, you will gain access to a variety of customised resources and practical activities designed to complement the therapy sessions. These resources are specifically tailored to match your personal growth and challenges, supporting you in applying what you’ve learned in therapy to real-world situations.
